allow customization of weekly orders on website
A few months back, you posted on the website that a custom order change facility was coming by the end of year where customers could make meal substitutions directly to the database used to generate the week's meal order for the chef (with no substitution charges). If this project was cancelled, bring it back. It is sorely needed to minimize order change errors.

This project is still underway. We apologize it is taking us longer than expected to implement this on the website. We hope to have this up and running as soon as possible!

Rate/review meals
Reading reviews and meal ratings would help when deciding which meals would make a good substitution. I understand people's preferences are different but reviews would be helpful.

Give a detailed description of each menu item.
So far, the only items that have comprehensive descriptions are the items listed on the menu substitution list. It would be nice to have more complete descriptions of each menu item so we could select accordingly. Most items are pretty straight forward, but what exactly is "Hungarian" Turkey, and what's in the "Michigan" Turkey Salad? Having clear descriptions would help reduce ambiguity and the risk of getting an item with a component you didn't like.

We are in the process of adding a new feature to the website, that will show a brief description of the meal, as well as the ingredients used. We will make an announcement when this is implemented.

Reduce sodium and fat in low carb meals. Can the total sodium be 2400mg or less each day?
The low carb meals seem to be very high on the daily totals for sodium and fat. I've done research and it seems like this plan needs to be more cutting edge on nutrition.

Create a low carb vegetarian option please!
I'm prediabetic and need to watch my carbs severely (usually around 25 grams per meal) but your meals are way too high in carbs and I'm a vegetarian, I know it's a challenge but I'm sure you could do it and I could buy your meals again.

Create vegetarian meals that aren't pasta, ie meals w/ Tempeh and Seitan.

Make the meals a little more balanced.
Most of the meals are fine, but the tamale pie meal in particular-it's got polenta in the tamale pie, and it comes with a baked potato and an ear of corn, then breadsticks with that. Seems like a lot of carbs...

Provide an iPad app, or make the current site work with mobile devices please.
I am unable to place an order on my iPad (keeps saying I need to select a shipping option on a local pickup order).

Offer options that we can include our own fresh veggies and salad. I miss eating salads!
I only just started this program, and absolutely love the food. But, I can already tell I am missing having big salads for lunch and dinner. Is there a way to create a couple meals a week in which we can incorporate our own lettuce and veggies to make a big salad? Perhaps only send the protein/salad dressing, etc?

If you are currently on the Traditional Low Fat plan, or the Vegetarian plan, you can add in fresh side salads to your meals. You would just need to keep track of the nutritional information of the salad dressing you are using, as you would not want to go too far outside your current calorie range.

Add a low sugar version to the low fat plan
Your low fat plan was horrendous on sugar. I am looking for a low fat plan that is also low in sugar, preservatives, antibiotics and hormones. Don't know about that last 3 but sugar content was unbelievably high. Definitely would not sign up because it fails miserably. I tried the low carb a few years back but was so sick greens and the limited vegetable options.

Provide more low carb substitution options. It is VERY limited to start and even more limited if you have the fresh local pickup option
1) Make a standard list of substitutable items like you do for the low fat menu.
2) Can even list some non-lowcarb items as long as they are clearly labled as not meeting the low carb criteria
3) Allow substitution for ANY meal that delivery cycle. (i.e I tried to substitute and was told if I was substituting a lunch, it had to be another lunch (not dinner) from that delivery cycle. I have fresh local delivery, so that only gives me one option on the friday delivery and 2 on tuesdays.6 votesunder review ·

We are currently working on expanding our existing menus. I am not sure if we will be creating a substitution menu for the Low Carb plan, but we have gotten several requests for one.

Track your progress
It would be nice to have a way to track your progress on the site, such as inches or pounds lost.

Please bring back "Calorie" menu
Before the website changed we used to have menus in calorie format that I used as a checklist. Would love to have these back or know where they are.

We are working to add the nutritional information onto our new website. It is taking us a little longer than we initially expected. However, it should be up soon. If you have questions about any specific meal, please do not hesitate to call Customer Service at 800-743-7546. Thanks!
